I can't install Vista Build 5231 (disk unavailable)
I get memory address errors when trying to install Windows Vista Build 5308 on Virtual PC version 5.3.582.27. My machine has 1GB RAM allocated 400MB to the Virtual PC, 8GB Virtual HDD. Try assigning a more normal amount of RAM like 512 or 384. Your virtual hard drive is also not large enough.

When will we get a new vista build?
Has anyone been able to get IIS working in Vista build 5308? I've been able to install IIS and whatnot through the command line in the Release Notes Addendum, however (twice now under two different setups) I am unable to start W3SVC. This is because I am unable to start Windows Activation Service (WAS).

I have downloaded 5308 but won't install it. I refuse to install it because of all of the horrid comments I have heard about it crashing people's computers and making them unusable. administrator log in woes
I would like to install Microsoft Office 2007, but each time I try it states that I have to be loged on as the administrator. I tried installing Vista while logged into Windows XP. Followed directions to do a custom install on the new partition. After selecting the new Drive and clicking install, I get an error. The error is Setup Encountered an Internal Error. After that for 5 min. the Wizard runs saying "Installation has been cancelled"
