Yeah that sounds like a good suggestion, maybe when it first pops up after an install it asks if you want to suspend for a day or two for the initial build up. I have noticed that with 5381.1 it is less annoying than when I first started experiencing it, at 5308 or whatever build that was.

Does appwiz.cpl exist in your installation of Vista? Is its existance documented anywhere because, if not, Microsoft may choose to remove it (though I doubt it).
